Worldwide Shipping:
We offer international delivery at a flat rate of £5, regardless of your location. This helps subsidise the higher cost of postage outside the UK while still keeping it affordable for you.
You’ll see this added during checkout if your shipping address is outside the UK.
📮 What shipping service do you use?
UK Orders:
We ship via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
International Orders:
International parcels are sent via a tracked international service, Royal Mail International. Delivery times vary by country, but typically range from 3–12 business days.

We aim to dispatch within one working day (Monday to Friday). Once shipped, Royal Mail 48 typically delivers within 2 business days, though this may vary slightly based on location and time of year. 🧴 Do you stock other brands besides Hong Thai?
We chose to stock Hong Thai, the most popular pot-style Yadom brand in Thailand. It's widely available in major Thai supermarkets such as 7-Eleven, Lotus, and Big C.
While there are cheaper local or unbranded alternatives, we believe Hong Thai offers superior quality and customer recognition - and we're confident you'll agree.
